Who Can Apply?

This program is designed for students and early-career professionals from non-tech fields who are passionate about innovation and curious about creating projects in space and space-adjacent industries — no prior experience in engineering, programming, or business is required. You can apply if you are:

A university student (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD) or an early-career professional (up to 5 years of work experience)

  • Aged 18–30

  • A Russian citizen currently residing in Russia

  • Studying or working in a non-technical field (any area outside science, technology, engineering, or mathematics), including but not limited to humanities, arts, business, law, media, international relations, design, education, environmental studies, and social sciences

  • Able to communicate effectively in English and actively participate in discussions and workshops (minimum intermediate level required).

  • Not currently owning or operating an established business

  • Interested in space, innovation, and entrepreneurship

  • Curious, proactive, and open-minded — prior startup experience is not required
